There's an app or map somewhere, I've read, that can direct you to all the pre-fab houses still standing. Seems a bit voyeurish, but I guess if you're an architect or a student of history it could be interesting!

Wiki says there are only 5 stores left open, but it hasn't been updated in years so I'm thinking probably 0 by now. Kinda miss mine when I need something right away; the washer and dryer and a microwave came from there when the old ones needed replacing stat. And I remember the Wishbook with fondness.

I'm bemused nowadays when I get a catalog, which isn't very often even during Conspicuous Consumption Season.
And even they have type all over directing you to their websites now.
I think a few of those Sears houses may still be standing, which is more than you can say for Sears stores.
